By purchasing Services from Us, You agree to this Refund Policy. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined have the meanings given in the ToS.
1. General Policy
Generally, fees paid for Services provided by XFLAREHOSTING LLC are non-refundable. We invest significant resources in provisioning and maintaining services upon purchase. However, We offer a limited money-back guarantee for certain first-time purchases as detailed below.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day Money-Back Guarantee ("Guarantee Period") applicable only to the first-time purchase of the following specific hosting Services:
- Web Hosting (Shared Plans)
- VPS Hosting (Managed & Unmanaged Plans)
- Game Server Hosting (including Minecraft & Discord Bot Hosting)
This guarantee allows You to request a full refund of the base hosting fee paid for the eligible Service if You are not satisfied for any reason within the 7-day Guarantee Period, calculated from the date the Service was activated.
How to Request a Refund under the Guarantee:
- You must submit a cancellation request for the specific eligible Service via Your account control panel.
- You must then submit a refund request via a support ticket through https://xflarehosting.com/support within the 7-day Guarantee Period.
- The request must clearly state that You are requesting a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee and include Your account identifier and the specific Service to be refunded.
We will process valid refund requests within approximately 5-10 business days. Refunds will typically be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Exclusions and Special Conditions
The Money-Back Guarantee and general refunds do NOT apply to the following:
- Dedicated Servers: Fees paid for Dedicated Server plans are non-refundable.
- Renewals: Any renewal fees paid for existing Services.
- Domain Names: Fees paid for domain name registration, transfer, or renewal. Once registered, domains cannot be cancelled or refunded due to registry rules.
- SSL Certificates: Fees paid for SSL certificates.
- Software Licenses: Fees paid for third-party software licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS, Windows Server licenses).
- Add-on Services: Fees paid for additional services such as dedicated IP addresses, setup fees, migration services, management fees, or other non-hosting products.
- Service Credits: Account credits issued under the SLA or for other reasons are non-refundable.
- Violations: Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of Our ToS or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are not eligible for refunds, including under the Guarantee.
- Subsequent Purchases: The Guarantee applies only to the first purchase of an eligible Service type per customer account. Subsequent purchases of the same or different Service types are not covered.
- Free Trials: Services obtained through a free trial period (e.g., "1 month free trial") are not eligible for any refunds upon cancellation or conversion to a paid plan related to that trial period.
- Promotional Offers & Managed Plans: Services purchased under special promotions or specific Managed Service agreements may have different refund terms (including potential non-refundable status, pro-rata refunds, or eligibility only for account credit) as explicitly stated in the terms of that specific promotion or Managed Service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in such agreements, this standard Refund Policy applies.
- Discretionary Refunds/Credits: Any refunds or account credits issued outside of the standard 7-day guarantee (e.g., for specific managed plans cancelled mid-term, or other exceptions) are granted solely at the discretion of XFLAREHOSTING LLC on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent.
4. Other Refund Circumstances
- Billing Errors: If You believe You have been billed incorrectly, please contact Our billing department via https://xflarehosting.com/support within 30 days of the invoice date. We will investigate and issue refunds or credits for verified billing errors.
- SLA Credits: Service credits issued under Our Service Level Agreement (https://xflarehosting.com/legal/sla) are the sole remedy for service unavailability and are not refundable as cash. They can only be applied to future invoices.
- Cancellation: No pro-rata refunds are provided for unused portions of a service term if You cancel Your Service outside the 7-day Money-Back Guarantee period, unless explicitly provided for under the terms of a specific Managed Service agreement or granted at Our sole discretion.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with Your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal) for fees You have paid is considered a breach of the ToS and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of Your account and Services without further notice. 6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting the revised version on Our website at https://xflarehosting.com/legal/refund. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
